Who we are - A Volunteer Driven Movement Championing Child Development.

CRY (Child Relief and You) is an India-based non-profit organization committed to encouraging and facilitating individuals to come together with the goal of making a positive difference in children’s lives. In spirit, it stands for belief, for possibilities, for the conviction that collective action by individuals and organizations can restore to our nation's underprivileged children the rights that are owed to them. Since 1979, CRY has involved over 100,000 individuals and organizations in making a difference in the lives of more than a million children.

CRY America is a non-profit organization registered in the USA that strives to help underprivileged children, especially Indian.
CRY-RDU is the local action center of CRY America the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area, and has been actively raising both awareness and much-needed funds since the summer of 2001.

Our Vision
It is said that a society can be judged by the way that it cares for its weakest and most vulnerable members. And who is more vulnerable than our children? It is these children that CRY America works for.
